Pros: Excellent location, short distance to a bakery for nice breakfast. Close to Chamonix Sud bus station and to Aguille du Midi information center. Small apartment which included everything we need for a stay on skis. Nice balcony for fresh air. The host was nice with short response time.

Cons: As informed, we had to pay 50Euro for late checkin (after 9p.m), but an easier way would have to pick up the keys in a safe box or something similar to avoid late checkin payment.

Pros: Central location with 1 minute walk to supermarket, restaurants and Aiguille du midi lift. Quiet and warm room due to insulation with good supply of coffee and tea. The fold out bed was comfortable on its own but also has an extra mattress just in case. The bathroom is modern but small though functional for one at a time. Easy to cook meals on induction cooktop while we stayed, with adequate kitchenware supplied.Tim was always handy and helpful. Will book this place again.
