Apartment Arve - Chamonix Peaks Retreat

Great location close to everything.

Pros: Fabulous location, easy walk to centre of town, tourist spots, restaurants and supermarket. Nice to have the river in the backyard!

Cons: Not a criticism but a little more instruction as to which building and exactly where the parking was would be helpful (it’s the building on the left and the underground car park door/entry is halfway along the line of single garages). Eventually figured it out.

Pros: Good combination of all properties. Quiet place near to center

Cons: The creaking sound of the house front door and the elevator

Casual & Relaxed Comfort

Pros: Got everything you need for an easy, relaxing comfortable stay. Good view from the balcony and love the sound of the river. This was perfect for just the two of us. The secure, garage parking was a big plus, (though difficult to navigate the labyrinth of doors/corridors between the garage and apartment.)

Cons: Bedroom was right next to the communal entrance, which had a somewhat squeaky door. Not great if you were asleep and anyone entering the building late at night.

Pros: An excellent apartment, well appointed with everything we needed for a great stay.

Pros: The property was close to the center of town easy to get to pick up in the keys was easy and a short walk to the train station orbus stop.

Cons: Could’ve used some more linen like washcloths and dishes that could store food if you’ve cooked, but the kitchen was stocked very well with pots and pans

Lovely apartment with gorgeous view

Pros: Very nice balcony with gorgeous view. Sofabed in the living room was comfortable. The management company was very helpful and attentive.

Cons: It's a bit of a walk to the city center and the location between the train tracks and the river makes a bit confusing to find the most efficient walk at first. But the walk isn't so far. Google will tell you that the closest train station is Aiguille but in fact you can cross the tracks at the Moussoux station so that's the best spot to pick up the bus or train.

Pros: Lovely and warm Great view of the mountain Comfortable bed

Cons: Would have liked to have at least one extra roll of toilet paper and one extra bin bag. Front door gets stuck on matt so had to slam shut.

Excellent place , great location and good facilities

Pros: So warm and cosy, great location - short walk to centre of Chamonix. Had everything we needed in the kitchen

Cons: Could have done with an extra key and the sofa bed could do with a bit of a clean.

Cosy and pleasant stay

Pros: It is a very cosy place, well equiped, close enough to Chamonix Sud, close enough to Brevent cable car (you can walk 750m or take the bus from Cham Sud. The vibe is really something. :) We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Cons: We had some difficulties finding it, the appartment number was not that vizible in the directions message but all good in the end.
