Brévent Loft Cozy 3-bedroom duplex 250m to Planpraz cable car

cosy, comfortable stay only 3 minutes from Brevent gondola

Pros: a fantastic stay in Chamonix! extremely cosy and comfortable, had everything needed to host 6 adults for multiple days of skiing. very very close to Brevent gondola, only a 3 minute walk (uphill!). private ski locker was a helpful bonus.

Cons: nothing! enjoyed the whole trip. would happily stay here again.

Brilliant property, excellent host and a very memorable family summer trip to Chamonix.

Pros: The property is exceptional with lovely decor, brilliantly positioned for the Brevent lift and with easy access.

Cons: There were no surprises - but the low bedroom ceilings are a negative.

Pros: Great location near to Brevent lift for skiing. Ski/boot room with a lock was a great facility, Enough shower gel, shampoo, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets for 5 people to last the week Nice bedroom layout for the children with 3 beds in one room

Cons: A lockbox would help for getting in and out of the property and would save them having to send the lovely lady out to deliver and collect the key.

Wonderful stay close to the Brevent lift

Pros: The property is brilliantly located and check in and check out was smoothly done with the lovely Micheline. Communication with the owner was great from booking to arriving as well. Lovely property, very clean with well equipped kitchen. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Chamonix .

Pros: Ideal location for the lifts and linked by the regular Brévent bus to the other areas via Chamonix Sud whilst being within a short distance of the village centre for the evening. The spacious property was well equipped, warm and comfortable.

Cons: The warning about the low bedroom ceilings was warranted but whilst not ideal they are manageable even by four adult males.

The best experience we had with apartment rentals ever

Pros: It felt like home. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Finding tablets for the washing machine and coffee capsules added a thoughtful touch to our stay.

Lovely apartment.

Pros: The property was in the middle of Chamonix and close to all the things we needed, shops, restaurant’s cable cars and the tram to the ice cave.

Cons: Unfortunately while we were there the building had an issue with the water so we were restricted to only having water between specific hours, but this could not have been foreseen so this was more of an annoyance than a dislike.

Pros: Well equipped, nicely renovated appartement very close to the Brevent skiing area.

Super Apartament

Pros: Ogromny, piękny apartament w Super lokalizacji. Czysto, miło, wszystko co trzeba. Panie z firmy zarządzającej bardzo pomocne i błyskawicznie odpowiadające na wiadomości.

Pros: Logement spacieux équipé avec du matériel de qualité, 2 salles de bain bien pratiques lorsqu'on est nombreux, grand local pour les skis. Beaucoup de vaisselle à disposition, lits faits à notre arrivée. Antoine qui est chargé de l'accueil est très sympa. Proche du centre de Chamonix et de l'accès aux pistes, on fait tout à pied sans problème.

Cons: Un seul point à souligner qui n'a rien à voir avec le logement, prévoir de bons équipements pour la voiture s'il y a de chutes de neige attendues ! Malgré des pneus 4 saisons et de bonnes chaînes, nous avons eu du mal à accéder au parking. Les chaussettes étaient totalement inefficaces. Ça paraît sûrement évident pour les habitués (ce qui n'est pas notre cas bien sûr 😁) mais bien anticiper ce point en cas de neige.
