Definitely recommend and will stay again

Pros: Fantastic location in the centre. Train station right outside the door. Free travel passes on arrival for the duration of the stay.beds were really comfy. Nice clean apartment. Great indoor pool (free) staff were lovely and friendly.

Cons: We stayed in a 3 bed apartment. But the ceilings are on a slant so the ensuite bathroom was impossible to stand up and shower in. However we did have another bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped but tiny only allowing room for 1 person.

Super friendly staff but would need a change of towels

Pros: Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionists were doing what they could to accommodate our needs. Five stars for them 👍

Cons: Only 1 set of towels for the whole week (we were told they can't change them) - after a week it's really disgusting.... We booked 2 apartments for 8 people but only in 2 main bedrooms there were robes and slippers (for going into the sauna and swimming pool). Also each apartment is equipped with different things...like we had a washing machine in one apartment but not in the other. It's just a bit strange.

Pros: Place was ideal for our stay - came for marathon and hiking trip afterwards. Thanks a lot for the best room - we saw Mont Blanc perfectly from our balcony. As well view from bed was amazing :) Apartment was well equipped. Swimming pool and sauna served perfectly recovery needs

Perfect for a family or small group of skiers

Pros: good location and everything made to make our life comfy and easy

Cons: Would have liked to have a real oven in the kitchen, as stated on the description. The “oven” is a microwave and it’s not replay possible to make tartiflette in those :) Staff friendly but only answers questions, doesn’t really give an intro to the residence or area (ski lifts, shuttles…).

Wonderfully located, charming boutique hotel with access to everything Chamonix!

Pros: The location is great, staff are friendly, pool was fabulous, apartment was spacious and clean, plus has a great kitchen.

Cons: The gym only has cardio machines, the sauna didn’t get hot enough and the steam room was way too hot. It would be nice to have a pull up bar and some dumbbells. I didn’t like that garbage bags weren’t provided, who’s going to buy garbage bags? Coffee was not provided unfortunately and the lobby closes during the day and early so you need to access with a code that wasn’t provided to me at check in.

Pros: Helt utmerket. Kort avstand til buss og by. Det er så viktig å ha kort avstand til skibuss når man er sliten etter en lang dag i bakken.

Pros: Lejligheden vat skøn. Den var ren og rummelig. Dejligt med en altan og med parkeringskælder. Personalet var yderst hjælpsomme og venlige.

Cons: En lille detalje, men det peger mere på mangelfuld information på Booking.com end på selve overnatningsstedet: Det ville være hjælpsomt, hvis der stod i beskrivelsen af lejligheden, at der er en højdebegrænsning på 1,90cm i parkeringskælderen, så man er forberedt på at skulle afmontere sin tagboks, for at kunne parkere.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was well appointed and the balcony had a great view of the Mont Blanc Massive. Very conveniently placed between the town centre and the railway station. The reception lady was very polite, helpful and efficient and even stored an overflow bag for us for 10 days, as we did the TMB, free of charge. Comfortable beds and good showers.

Cons: Little things: apartment had no basic cooking elements - salt, pepper, cooking oil, marg, tea, coffee etc - so rather than buy these things from scratch for just 4 days, we used the kitchen area to simply reheat things. Lack of bread board. Reception and swimming pool only opened at 9am and closed for sometime in the afternoon. This was probably the prime times that I would have used these facilities - especially on bad weather days.

Pros: Localisation du logement, propreté des locaux. Bons équipements. Literie correcte (le convertible que j'ai utilisé était peut être un peu en dessous en qualité de sommeil mais ça restait correct) Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur le Mont Blanc !

Cons: Rien à redire.
