Fantastic!!

Pros: We were blown away by this apartment and the value for money! The location is incredible - middle of Chamonix, couple of minutes walk to the main bus stop so really easy to travel to all ski resorts. It’s exactly like the photos - super spacious for 2 of us. Really comfy bed. Everything you need in the kitchen. Gorgeous view of the mountains out the window (see photo). The WiFi didn’t work on the first day, and Peak Immobilier (the rental agency) immediately came and replaced the WiFi box for us. We paid €50 extra for the sheets and towels which was worth it.

Cons: There were loud moments at night when drunk groups walked by, but we had ear plugs so didn’t bother us. The shower was hot and powerful, but the head wouldn’t stay up. We devised a way of keeping it in place so again we weren’t bothered, but it could do with a new bracket.

Pros: Bon emplacement en plein centre ville très pratique. Les volumes de l'appartement sont agréables et la vue dégagée sur la montagne. La place de parking au sous-sol est un très gros plus notamment en période de forte affluence. L'agence à été réactive à nos demandes.

Cons: Quelques équipements de l'appartement sont à revoir. La paroie de douche n'est pas assez haute, la lunette des toilettes n'est pas de la bonne dimension, une rallonge électrique serait la bienvenue... des détails qui permettraient au logement d'être vraiment parfait. Cela ne nous empêchera pas de louer ce logement à nouveau si nous en avons l'occasion.
