Perfect apartament for 10 adults, not 12.

Pros: We were impressed by the size of the apartment when we entered. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the showers are delightful. The apartment is simply a dream, equipped with kitchen essentials and also 3 refrigerators, perfect for 12 people. Easy key pickup. The location is perfect, in the heart of Chamonix. You can do everything on foot and there are also restaurants, cafes, and a market all within a block of the apartment.

Cons: There's just one point I'd like to mention. In the apartment description, it says it sleeps 12 adults, but I believe this should be better described. Bedroom 3, which is a room with a bunk bed, is a CHILDREN'S room, with a tiny bathroom. An adult man cannot fit in the bed. As we were 11 people, unfortunately, we had this problem and one person had to sleep in that room, and it was very uncomfortable. The person couldn't sleep properly because it's a bed for a child, not an adult. I believe the correct information in the listing should state that it sleeps 10 adults and 2 children.

Good apartment

Pros: We had a great time here, would definitely recommend. It was very good value compared with anything else we looked at. All the facilities you would expect, plus a lovely balcony with views of the mountains. Good central location. Plenty of bathrooms for a large group. No issues with noise despite the central location.

Cons: A bit of maintenance needed here and there but nothing to put somebody off staying. Shower trays don't drain well so maybe have a look at that.

Pros: Le nombre de chambres, la fonctionnalité et l'emplacement avec magnifique terrasse vue toute la chaine

Cons: Électroménager un peu vieillissant (lave vaisselle ne l'avant pas où pas bien + plaque de cuisson longue à chauffer) La TNT ne serait pas un luxe pour personnes âgées ne possédant pas de compte.
