Chalet Victoire

absolutely amazing stay at chalet Victoire. this accommodation has full stars from me

Pros: host was available on arrival and was very helpful and accommodating. The chalet and location exceeded expectations and ski lifts right next door along with a cozy little restaurant next door. We didn't ski on this trip and booked for the very start so of the season for a relaxing break. The location is a little out of town and has free bus transport running regular between Chamonix and the chalet and is a very popular destination for the early season skiing. i would definitely go back during the busier time of ski season and enjoy some time on the slopes.

Cons: This is not a reflection of the chalet, host or location as they were all fab and the below are out of their control. Just for travelers to be aware as we arrived quite late in the night and just about made the last bus up to the chalet: the restaurant closes fairly early and is only open during ski season. No other places to eat within walking distance. buses stop at around 8pm and no taxi service available past this. no English TV or radio channels in the chalet.

Great location, value for money.

Pros: Excellent location, it was not too far from Chamonix and there is a nice little town called Argentière about 5 mins away for eating our for groceries. There is a cable car and chairlift ride right next to the chalet, which we used to shorten our hike to Glacier du Tour. Chalet was clean and comfortable enough for our short stay. Free and secure parking was a plus as well.

Cons: Cafe outside can be a bit noisy in early evenings if they are busy, but it didn't bother us as things went dead quiet around 9-10pm,

Pros: How close it was to the slopes and had everything we needed!

Cons: The pillow is the bedroom were a little uncomfortable but still a lovely stay

Pros: extraordinary. we liked everything. we travel a lot and I think the first time was simply flawless. superb.

Pros: In a very peaceful village, parking is convenient and the accommodation is well-equipped. If you don't drive, there are buses to Chamonix. We stayed for three nights and then went hiking on the nearby Lake Blanc. It was a wonderful journey.

Comfortable stay at Chalet Victoire

Pros: A very clean, modern apartment with good facilities. Very close to hiking trails and lifts. Fast and responsive communication with the owner.

Cons: WiFi was a little slow at times. Head room is a little limited in the bedroom for tall people.

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec le petit chien que le propriétaire nous a permis d'amener, et nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. Les appartements sont vraiment très beaux, confortables et propres. On y trouve tout le nécessaire, et même une magnifique cheminée que nous avons allumée tous les soirs. Nous avons tout adoré. Nous donnons cinq étoiles. Le propriétaire était toujours disponible et à l'écoute. C'est un endroit idéal avec des enfants : le télésiège est juste à côté des appartements, ce qui est très pratique, et on peut louer tout le matériel de ski à l'entrée. Merci pour tout !

Beau séjour

Pros: L'emplacement est vraiment top, tout près de l'arrêt de bus, un parking à disposition. L'appartement est cocooning, très calme. Très propre. Propriétaire très réactif à nos demandes

Cons: Manque un micro-onde. Le matelas du clic clac est dans un mauvais état
