Pros: 员工的服务态度是最让我感到满意的，在遇到问题时很耐心很认真的帮我们寻求解决方法，确确实实做到了他们尽力做的最好的服务理念！

Cons: 二楼的浴室如果有可以把花洒放高一点的架子就更好了，设施有些老化，但总体还是很不错！高低床和楼梯可能有些松动

Cons: Neboli oblečené vankúše čo sa týka postele, nebolo v apartmáne vopred zakúrené, chybali uteráky a nebolo dostatok toaletného papiera, chcelo by uz trošku zrekonštruovať niektoré časti apartmánu, postele by mali byt dlhšie
