Pros: La situation, facilité d’accès, les nombreux équipements fonctionnels de ce petit studio. L’aménagement cosy avec sa multitude de placards. Parfait pour petit séjour. Bienveillance du propriétaire.

Cons: A améliorer : canapé lit peu confortable mais suffisant pour 1 nuit...

Pros: Hôte arrangeant et excellent communication. Localisation et l'aménagement de l'appartement très fonctionnel.

Cons: Seul reproche. Le canapé lit est pas super confortable . J'ai un BZ chez moi plus qualitatif.

Pros: * excellent rapport qualité-prix. * studio très bien agencé avec le coin cuisine séparé du séjour. * tout le confort : cafetière avec capsules à disposition, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver...

Cons: * couchage dans le canapé-lit peu confortable. * quelques rénovations à prévoir (humidité sur les murs...).

Pros: Le propriétaire est joignable et réactif, nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires en temps utiles, même le mode d'emploi pour déplier le canapé-lit sans souci. J'avais un peu peur que le matelas de ce canapé ne soit pas assez épais, mais il s'est avéré confortable. Le logement est petit mais très bien agencé et bien équipé.

Cons: Le nombre de couverts est un trop juste, surtout si une partie est dans le lave-vaisselle.
