Vintage chic -central

A short stay. Very cozy, convienient and homely apartment. Professional/friendly Host.

Pros: Great location on the main square in the village near all the restaurants and bars and the bus stop for the lift to the gondola. But it's a short easy walk so we did that most days. Apartment is warm, quiet and well equipped.. The sofa bed in the studio is great and the other bed in the tiny bedroom was also perfect. It is a tiny room but also cozey and a homely feel. Great bathroom/shower. Loads of hot water. Kitchen was well equipped not that we used it.

Excellent location

Pros: Great location overlooking the town square with a beautiful sunrise view of the mountains. Meters away from Tourist Information (main drop off point for transfers as well as the free ski bus). Selection of nice bars and restaurants all around and no long hike back to accommodation. There are often small evening events in the town square which was nice (a market, a band). Well equipped apartment with appliances (kettle, toaster, dishwasher), plenty of plates and cutlery and electric shutters to block out the light. Very homely. Pauline, the owner, is incredibly helpful and attentive. Even let me leave my bag on checkout day until the evening so I could get changed after skiing.

Cons: The building is of its time; solid concrete walls and no soundproofing. Expect the odd noises from the corridor and neighbours. Could maybe benefit from more places to put unpack bags and clothes to keep the apartment clear and tidy.

Super convenient warm and cosy.

Pros: Very central location right on main square. All amenities very close. Ski bus leaves from corner of square. Clean comfortable and warm appt with south facing balcony over square with great views. Host met us and was very helpful and informative.

Cons: Bar on ground floor so could be a little noisy sometimes at night if you want somewhere quiet. But generally not a problem.

Very good , met all expectations and would go back

Pros: We were there for 4 days with no car so it was an excellent location for drop off/pick up and also very central for meals/ shops / busses etc

Cons: Minor issue - 1 loo roll for 4 days felt a bit mean given price we were paying for the apartment . It meant we bought a big bag and wasted the rest

A small cosy apartment for two or three people in the perfect location of Les Carroz!

Pros: The best thing of this property is the location! We absolutely loved the location of this flat. It was right in the central of town, very near to the supermarket and ski bus stop. Right in front of the apartment balcony is the town centre square, all the events and activities are right in front of your eyes. We had a great new year eve party experience here. The fireworks the disco the new year countdown were all right in front of us. Originally we thought we were going to have a quiet night and get ready for our ski next day, but in the end It was too difficult to escape from this great fun atmosphere and so we jointed the party till 2am! Ha ha! The flat was small. But it was suitable for 3 of us. It has got a proper kitchen for making some quick simple meals too. We did have a great ski trip there. Will definitely stay here again if we do go back ti Les Carroz! Especially thank you to Pauline for all the flexibility to make us feel comfortable on our trip. Thank you xx

Cons: Nothing actually. But if I need to say some suggestion, maybe it would be greater if there was one or two dishwasher tablets provided? We didn’t use the dishwasher on our stay, as we didn’t want to buy the whole box just for using two in the end. But, it really was not a big deal at all.

Pros: This is a great small apartment in the city center. Very conveniently located. Everything in the apartment is new and beautiful. Cosy. There is a parking space, which is great. The price/quality ratio is excellent. Perfect for two. The hostess is very kind. She provided a coffee machine that matched my coffee and made a gift to my son for pleasant memories. It was very nice. She told me everything and gave detailed instructions about the apartment and the city. She even booked a popular restaurant for us. The house has a ski storage space. I really liked the chestnut ice cream in the cafe on the corner (visible from the windows)

Cons: This is rather not a claim to this apartment, but rather to the rental system in France as a whole: you need to do a complete cleaning after yourself. Otherwise, you need to pay a considerable amount for it.

Pros: Friendly host who met us on arrival and explained about the accommodation as well as the resort, and also handed us a UK extension lead! 1 minute to free bus, which is then 2 mins to nearest gondola

Superbe séjour dans ce bel appartement agréable et très bien situé

Pros: Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement au pied des pistes. L’appartement est agréable, très joliment décoré, bien équipé et possède une belle salle de bain. Tout est accessible à pied et une navette gratuite emmène aux pistes. Pauline nous a très bien reçu et nous a fort bien conseillé sur toutes les activités des Carroz.

Cons: La localisation sur la place principale fait qu’il peut y avoir du bruit tard, et le canapé lit ne vaut pas le confort d’un vrai lit mais permet de profiter de beaucoup d’espace.

Parfait pour découvrir la région en été !

Pros: Idéalement situé au cœur des Carroz, sur la place centrale et ses animations, nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce petit appartement. La terrasse est suffisante pour y manger à 2, voir 3. La localisation est top pour s’essayer aux sports de montagne aux Carroz comme aux alentours.

Pros: Hôte très engagé et accueillant; lit pour grande personnes; emplacement très central

Cons: La musique très forte du bar le soir
