Good facilities but disappointed Booking.com cancelled our chosen larger apartment, again.

Pros: Nice spa and pool and reception area. Apartment was as advertised but note the 2 bedrooms only just fit the beds in.

Cons: Not for the first time, Booking.com , 4 months after making a reservation, cancelled it because of a ‘conflict with the owners calendar’. With only a few months before our holiday we then had to take a smaller apartment that was on offer, but it was as a result quite a squash. Organising this and getting a partial refund was a faff with conflicting messages from Booking.com and the property. All sorted eventually but not happy to have to change having booked 9 months before our stay. The actual apartment was clean and tidy but looks like it needs a little bit of TLC.
