Nice place to stay for hiking and skiing around les houches

Pros: The one bedroom flat is super comfortable for 2 people, it is also big enough for up to 4 people. The flat is located maximum 10 min on foot from the center of les houches. We can take the train every 1h to chamonix for free with a carte d’hôte. Rental shop, gondola lift and the stop of bus line 1 are just in front of the building. A very good pizzeria is just on the ground floor in the same building. We can see the aiguille du midi from the small balcony.

Cons: We cannot have the sunlight in the morning because of the mountains.

Perfect for skiing

Pros: The location is excellent and so is the cleanliness and the view. It’s such a wonderful and well kept apartment.

Cons: However, bedding is not included and the price in my opinion is rather steep at €15/bed, which considering my experience with hotels, hostels and private accommodation is just ridiculous. Bedding should always be included or at a reasonable price - €15/bed being everything but reasonable.

Perfect stay in the best location in Les houches

Pros: Really lovely apartment with great parking and ski locker. Location couldn't be better. This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment and love the location. Perfect to get the cable car up to Bellevue ski area or get the bus to Prarion/Chamonix. This apartment is the perfect location.

Exactly what we expected. Location, location, location!

Pros: Basic, clean. Great value for money. Exactly what we were after. Amazing location. Directly opposite the Bellevue lift and bus stop. Kitch Bar serves great food and is lively and entertaining. Other local shops and restaurants are exactly what you would expect.

Appart' idéalement situé au cœur du Village

Pros: La proximité avec les remontées et les pistes Les resto à côté, le magasin de location des skis juste au rdc L'équipement pour faire la cuisine Le contact avec la propriétaire

Pros: Appartement très bien équipé, propre et très bien situé en face du téléphérique de Bellevue et à proximité de tous les commerces. Entrée dans les lieux très simple.

Cons: Le lit d'appoint peu confortable

Pros: C est la 3ème fois que je viens dans ce logement 😄 Il est très bien placé, avec un parking, les petits commerces, le bus au pied et une super vue sur les montagnes. Je ne vais trop en dire + sinon il ne sera jamais dispo 😉😄

Cons: Il n y a rien à reprocher Allez, si je devais dire une chose , un bon coup d aspirateur sur les moquettes serait bien venu

Pros: Appartement très propre. Très très bien situé avec un arrêt de bus juste en bas de l Appartement qui vous amène juste qu a Chamonix. Un petit carrefour a 5/ 10 min a pied . Je recommande.

Pros: Asi všetko nádherné prostredie krásne hory ma skok 🤣.

Cons: Nič

Pros: Bel Emplacement. Même si le chalet est sur le bord de la route c'est calme. Commerces de proximité en bas
