Wow! Blown away by this beautiful apartment right at the foot of Mont Blanc!

Pros: Wow! We were blown away by this apartment! What a find! Excellent location, amazing views! And beautiful living space. So close to the town! So quiet and peaceful. Excellent quality of furniture etc within the apartment, so it felt like a bit of luxury. The beds were extremely comfortable! So was the sofa after a long day out hiking in the mountains.

Cons: It wasn't as clean as I had hoped when we arrived, but we just cleaned the things we needed to, and then it was fine. We had a minor issue with entrance to the carpark....with our roofbox on top of our car. We didn't fit into the underground carpark space so we had to take it off the car and leave it in the carpark for the whole stay. Only a minor inconvenience but perhaps the owner needs to measure the height of the concrete ceilings and drain pipes (at their lowest points) and just mention this on the property details for future bookings. The other problem was that when returning to the property on foot....you had to go through the underground car park as there was no entrance fob/pass given to us with the keys....and no code for the pin pad either. A bit of an inconvenience if you were not going out in the car. I think for future, it would be good to either have the key fob or the code for the entrance door which would make life a bit easier. But it wasn't a major problem.
