Pros: Labai graži vieta, puikus vaizdas pro balkoną - atsiveria kalnynas. Šalia yra keltuvai ir žygiavimo takai. Žiemą manau čia tikrai patogu, nes šalia slydinėjimo trasos ir yra skirtos daiktams pasidėti. Yra spa (pirtis, džiakuzi, baseinas). Baseinas šaltas o džiakuzi per daug chloro - po pusvalandžio akis griaužia, bet po kalnų vis vien smagu atsigauti. Butas naujas, dar vyksta remontai kai kur, bet triukšmo nesigirdi. Butas yra šalia judrios gatvės, bet viduje gatvės garsų visai nesigirdi. Atstovai labai malonūs ir paslaugūs, buvo atvykę 2 kartus užklausti ar viskas gerai. Komunikacija su atstovais irgi vyksta labai sklandžiai.

Cons: visos viešnagės metu tvyrojo labai nemalonus kvapas ir balkone gyveno širšės. Problemos tikrai išsprendžiamos. Wc durys yra stumdomos ir praleidžia garsą, nėra smagu.
