Résidence du Parc - Happy Rentals

Pros: Great location. Walking distance from train station or parking available if needed. Easy to get in to apartment using instructions. Comfortable.

Cons: It is currently covered in scaffolding and all the views are blocked. I was gutted. We chose this property for its location and more importantly the views we were expecting to enjoy. I messaged the owner to say we were disappointed we couldn’t see the stunning views. They told us the outside of the property was out of their control. I appreciate this, and understand these things happen, however, it wasn’t out of their control to let us know and to set our expectations. Such a shame and a heads up would have been appreciated.

Pros: El apartamento es espacioso y cómodo, tiene todos los implementos necesarios.

Cons: Para llegar al lugar hay que acceder a un pdf con indicaciones, sería mejor en el pdf coloquen la ubicación desde google maps sería más sencillo. Para acceder es por escalera. Hubo una gran lluvia y entró agua a las habitaciones. El baño es grande sería genial, que coloquen una puerta en donde está ubicado el inodoro para separar la ducha del inodoro, ya que son cubículos casi independientes.

Très bel appartement avec une fantastique vue

Pros: Très bel appartement, bien placé proche de la gare de Saint-Gervais Le Fayet, moderne et spacieux, avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes. Le petit cadeau de bienvenue était fort sympathique et très apprécié de notre groupe.

Cons: Localisation un peu bruyante, on entend beaucoup la route, même fenêtres et volets fermés. Boîte à clés un tout petit peu difficile à retrouver de nuit en arrivant à pied depuis la gare, nous avons emprunté un autre chemin que l'itinéraire indiqué pour l'arrivée en voiture.
