Tyto nedostatky vyvažuje poloha a cena apartmánu, přímo u přepravní kabiny na sjezdovky.

Pros: Lokalita v blízkosti Mont Blanc, blízkost přepravní kabiny, blízkost města

Cons: Byt je průměrně zařízený a je vidět, že nebyl delší dobu dobře uklizený. Celkově by apartmán potřeboval rekonstrukci a opravu zařízení a nábytku.

Tarif un peu trop élevé pour la prestation

Pros: La proximité immédiate avec le téléphérique et la place de stationnement réservée au garage. Le calme de la location, l'ascenseur et proche des commerces.

Cons: Literie superposée du couchage supérieur très inconfortable. Un écran de douche sur la baignoire permettrait plus de confort pour un adulte que le petit bac à douche trop exiguë.

Licht appartement op steenworp afstand van de gondel.

Pros: De bedden waren heel goed Een licht appartement met een prima indeling Goed uitgeruste keuken Een lekker bad En erg dicht bij de gondel lift, heel fijn!

Cons: Enkele dagen kwam er uit de douche een soort putlucht. Het was er niet alle dagen en met de deur dicht merkte je er niets van.
