Pros: L'emplacement, on ne bouge plus la voiture, tout peux se faire à pied. Navettes gratuites au pied du logement.

Cons: La cuisine, trop petite et pas fonctionnelle. Ce n'est pas un evier, mais un lavabo de type WC. Le micro ondes est en hauteur, mais l'ouverture est vers le bas, dangereux pour les personnes < 1,70 pour un bol bouillant par exemple.
