Good value for money

Pros: It was moderately clean, accessible by car, quiet.

Cons: I needed good quality internet for my work, but unfortunately the connection was not stable and did not work in all rooms- sometimes I had to stay in the corridor to have calls as it was the only good reception via WiFi. The construction next door was regularly blocking the road and we had to wait for sometime for the cars to clear the road.
