Pros: Comfortable location and pretty well equipped for a small place. The little terrace is a plus. Its great to have the parking slot as well. I really recommend

Cons: Some loose bolts, many cables around, lights not working sometimes but generally all very good. I was afraid about the convertible sofa but it was ok, didn't break my back.
