Mais c’est une très bonne adresse

Pros: La configuration et l’étage pas trop haut

Cons: Des travaux dans l’appartement en dessous qui ont fait du bruit plusieurs jours, et faible insonorisation de la porte d’entrée

Emplacement sympa

Pros: Emplacement sympa et parking pratique pour profiter de Saint Gervais à pieds, balcon avec vue agréable, jolie déco, salon spacieux, wi-fi rapide.

Cons: Le lit est trop petit pour être confortable à 2. Canapé-lit taille enfant. Pas de ventilateur.
