Pros: Très petit studio moderne en RDC avec vue sur partie chaîne des Aravis en ouvrant fenêtre, propre et très fonctionnel avec équipements de qualité avec entree autonome et securisee par codes communiques par Enzo(non rencontre mais très réactif) pour acces immeuble et logement. Produits hygiène , draps, serviettes fournis. Très proche gare et centre ville Sallanches avec excellente boulangerie/patisserie proche.

Cons: Odeur déplaisante dans couloir des parties communes menant a l appartement. Bruit intermittent et régulier du frigo. Studio en RDC à côté porte entrée immeuble, impossible de laisser fenêtre ouverte car passage. Pas de voilage aux fenêtres, juste un rideau epais. Pas de sèche cheveux(j avais le mien), pas de cafetière filtre ou cafetière italienne pour café moulu, juste cafetière Krups avec 2 capsules offertes.

Logement avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Très bon état et bien situé.

Pros: Logement propre, neuf et calme. Le café et le thé étaient à disposition. Le canapé-lit est confortable. Bien situé à proximité du centre-ville et de la gare. Les instructions claires pour accéder en autonomie.

Cons: Petit inconvénient puisque le logement est petit, mais lorsqu'on déplie le canapé-lit il n'est plus possible de profiter de la table et des 2 chaises.
