Excellent rapport qualité-prix au vu de l’emplacement de cet appartement dans Samoens

Pros: L’appartement est très bien équipé : lave linge, lave vaisselle, garage fermé en sous-sol, barbecue, terrasse avec salon de jardin, vaisselle en quantité suffisante pour quatre, électroménager… nous l’avons trouvé parfaitement adapté à un séjour pour une famille avec deux enfants. L’appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville de Samoens, ce qui permet de ne pas prendre la voiture pour s’y rendre. A noter qu’un supermarché et une boulangerie se trouvent juste à côté de l’appartement. Nous avons aussi apprécié la possibilité de récupérer la clef après la fermeture de l’agence immobilière via une boîte à clefs, ainsi que la gentillesse de la dame qui nous accueillis à l’agence.

Cons: La déco et le mobilier ne sont pas très modernes voire rustiques, mais ce ne serait pas un obstacle pour nous pour y retourner.
