Cosy Criou - Appartement avec vue sur la montagne

Okay warm place, terrible key pick up organisation

Pros: Location was great. Parking under cover was great. The apartment was lovely and warm. It had a microwave but no oven

Cons: The key pick-up process was completely unacceptable. We were told we would be met on site, only to receive an email an hour before the scheduled time (which we didn't see as we were driving) that we had to drive 5km to a different village to find a key safe on someone's letter box. We went to the apartment block as agreed and waited. In the dark outside. No-one. Nothing. No one answered any of the phone numbers. Finally we saw the email. In the dark, we drove to search for the key safe - no lights at this key safe. Not easy to find. We were told we'd be sent a code to open this key safe - we were not. So after we found it we couldn't open it. We called the numbers we had, including the owner. No-one answered. We left messages. Nothing. Finally, the owner came out (so it was his house !) and said he'd seen us out there. He gave us the key. Really poor start to our stay. After a really long drive, this was exactly what we didn't need. We also couldn't find the designated parking spot at the apartment until the owner got back to me next day. The apartment is OK. It would be tight for 4. The only comfortable seating is on the sofa/ bed which is not very sociable.

Great value for money.

Pros: The hosts were very helpfull and uick with their responses. Location is just 5 minutes from the center Apartment is small but well equiped

Cons: The lighting in the garage should be better, it's really dark down there.

Super séjour !

Pros: La cuisine était très bien équipée, le garage souterrain est top, la proximité des télécabines, la propreté.

Cons: Rien

Séjour agréable

Pros: Appartement très fonctionnel , bien équipé, proximité du village et des remontées mécaniques

Cons: La literie un peu usagée

Pros: L'emplacement par rapport au centre ville et aux différents sites de loisirs.

Cons: Une douche serait plus pratique qu'une baignoire. 1 seul torchon pour la vaisselle, c'est un peu juste.

Soleil et neige mais bon il fallait aller à la bonne semaine

Pros: les clefs n'étaient pas à l'endroit prévu mais cela a été réglé par le propriétaire et le service de nettoyage ...

Cons: rien c'était correct, juste la vaisselle qui n'était pas au top au niveau propreté mais bon c'était correct ...

Séjour agréable à Samoëns

Pros: Résidence agréable et tranquille, facile d'accès. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement, confortable et propre. Les propriétaires communiquent bien et sont à l'écoute

Cons: Bien suivre les indications communiqués par les propriétaires, notamment la récupération des clés dans un village à côté de Samoëns

Agréable de rentrer le soir dans un logement chaud et calme

Pros: Le logement était bien équipé et fonctionnel et le quartier très calme

Cons: Le manque de place autour du lit

Pros: L appartement très bien équipé, la situation très bien située.

Bon séjour au calme

Pros: Appartement propre et bien équipé. Très bien situé tout proche du centre.
