Lovely stay - wonderful apartments - please warm the pool

Pros: The apt was lovely - very clean and comfortable and the welcome pack was lovely - we also really appreciated the extras offered by the private hosts - thank you - the location is perfect for skiing . We love dormio and are return visitors as it offers everything for an enjoyable ski holiday

Cons: the facilities are great however this year the pool was much colder than previous years and the hot tub was luke warm and the jets were not functioning . The steam room and sauna lovely and the public areas were beautifully kept and clean . However we did make comment about the pool temp to the receptionist ( short light haired indivisual) who we found defensive verging on aggressive - and we witnessed her being condescending to other customers which was unfortunate - we didnt need her to come to our apartment and wave temperature recordings of the pool water - it was cold - plain and simple , but we did not allow it or her attitude to spoil our stay.
