Pros: Lo chalet é uno dei più belli di Chamonix. Completo di tutto. Il servizio di prestige perfetto.

Cons: In una camera matrimoniale, il proprietario ha chiuso uno dei due piccoli armadi lasciando alla coppia a cui era destinata la stanza, con molte valige e abiti invernali per quasi 10 giorni, solo un piccolo armadio. Abbiamo chiesto al proprietario di spostare le sue cose per consentire alla coppia di disfare i bagagli ma con molta maleducazione il proprietario non ha acconsentito. La coppia è rimasta per 9 giorni con le valige piene di vestiti. Di certo non un trattamento di lusso. Anche nel bagno della stessa camera, l armadietto era chiuso con le cose del Proprietario dentro. Lasciando poco spazio agli ospiti. L agenzia, incolpevole della maleducazione del proprietario, ci ha risarcito di 200 euro. Gesto abbastanza inutile visto il budget della vacanza, ma apprezzabile.

Je recommande vivement ce chalet.

Pros: Ce chalet est super bien placé, à 10 minutes du centre et du téléférique. Le jaccuzi dehors est top les lits sont top. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour.
