Fantastic location by Mt Blanc

Pros: This place is spectacular! Each morning we would walk out on the terrasse and enjoy the full view of the Mt Blanc massif! The location is great for exploring the entire Chamonix valley.

Cons: The place is charming, but old. Everything was working fine, and we did not expect more from the pictures. The immediate claning was fine, but it was dusty in the corners. The parasol was broken, and you need one in the strong sunlight.

Posto incantevole, casa molto bella. Qualche piccola sbavatura nella accoglienza (per farsi perdonare lo staff gentilis

Pros: La posizione è da sogno, la sera si cena fuori ammirando il panorama del Monte Bianco. Anche lo chalet è pulito e ben attrezzato di tutto. Al piano terra c’è l’ingresso con un tavolo, il divano con la TV, la cucina ben attrezzata, un bagno con doccia e una camera matrimoniale. Da una scala un po’ ripida si sale al piano di sopra (con molte parti in cui il soffitto è basso) dove ci sono quattro letti singoli, una stanza matrimoniale e un bagno con vasca. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti

Cons: Proprio perché la struttura è incantevole, basterebbe poco a rendere il soggiorno più accogliente. Su Internet viene fornita una guida per check-in, rifiuti e check out ma in casa non c’è un foglio che spieghi dove si trova il garage chiuso, le cui chiavi e telecomando si trovano in ingresso senza spiegazioni. Di solito in queste case c’è un foglio che spiega come usare la TV (ci sono due telecomandi e c’è un software sconosciuto alle persone non francesi), dove si trova il garage, come gestire i rifiuti, eventuali istruzioni su altri elettrodomestici (es micro onde)ecc. C’erano delle carte per turisti ma non è spiegato a cosa servissero (scopri poi che dovrebbero fornire sconti su treni e bus locali). C’è la Nespresso ma nemmeno una capsula per farsi un caffè la prima mattina. C’è la lavapanni ma senza capsule o detersivo. Anche la fornitura di carta igienica era un po’ ai minimi termini. Infine andrebbero sistemate la porta del forno (non chiude bene) e quella del frigo (bisogna spingere per evitare che resti aperto) e il pavimento esterno in legno ha un paio di chiodi sporgono (se si cammina a piedi nudi ci si può fare male o prendere schegge di legno). Insomma basterebbe un po’ più di cura per la accoglienza e il soggiorno sarebbe da dieci e lode

Volveremos

Pros: Las vistas espectaculares, el que la casa esté bien provista de todo lo necesario, la limpieza , el garaje.De seguro,repetiremos .

Cons: La dificultad para hablar con la agencia antes del día de la llegada ante una incidencia que surgió preocupante y que no había manera que nos dieran una explicación. Luego lo solucionaron muy bien ese mismo día pero fue muy estresante la incertidumbre que generó hasta entonces . La casa está un poco apartada del pueblo , pero con coche todo bien y a cambio,las vistas son grandiosas.
