Les Granges d'en Haut - Chamonix Les Houches

One of the few places we'd go back to

Pros: The view from the balcony was fantastic, to be greeted by Mont Blanc every morning was a perfect start to the day. We had five days of real peace and quiet.

Cons: The kitchen could've been cleaner (it had obviously been cleaned but not deeply).

I would definitely recommend this place and I am looking forward for my next stay there.

Pros: Its location, the calm environment, and facilities were amazing:)

Pros: Flexibility for an earlier check in if the cottage house is ready and kind welcome of the team at the reception

Pros: Very clean lodge, enjoyed the spa facilities, food was very good.

Cons: The TV was only in French and no one new how to operate this. We also didn't know about the Breakfast needing to be ordered before 9pm for the next day so we missed out on this.

Would stay again

Pros: The staff were understanding, accommodating and friendly. The size of the chalets and views were great.

Cons: Note this is more of a self catering resort although they provide some options for in room breakfast but limited. The restaurant is decent, staff were good but the options didn’t change the week we were there. The spa was good.

Pros: A lovely spacious chalet, with a wonderful view of the Chamonix valley! The chalet was built in a holiday home complex which was lovely with swimming pool and spa a short walk from the chalet. It was well equipped and nicely decorated with very good standard of equipment.

Cons: No ground phone for communication with reception staff !! Only one taxi company ( each transport from hotel to center 50 € ) No house keeper services otherwise you have to pay 300 eur for each visit !!

Séjour idyllique à la montagne

Pros: Absolument tout, emplacement parfait aux Houches, à l’écart au calme, mais accessibilité au centre et à Chamonix très facile, vue magnifique, le chalet était d’un vrai confort, grandes chambres et excellente literie, charme réconfortant du poêle à bois, beau wellness, très belles balades dans les environs, télé cabine du Prarion à 20’ à pieds. Parking couvert. C’était parfait!

Amazing stay!

Pros: The chalet was amazing. It was clean, spacious and even had private sauna. Great view from the chalet as well. The spa was great too! Feels super relaxed after TMB
