Perfect family accommodation, with easy access to the Samoens Valley.

Pros: Wendy and Don were wonderful hosts, and the accommodation was so spacious! The photos don't do this place justice. Our kids had a massive room, with three beds, a sofa and TV and so much room to spare. The kitchen/dinner was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed. The actual living room was comfortable, and the fire was so wonderful. The whole place was toasty warm without the need for a fire, but the fire was a bonus. For those of you driving, the car port was a godsend for frosty mornings - no ice to scrape from the windows of the car! We used the Vercland lift, which has free parking, and shorter queues than Samoens. We'd definitely return.

Cons: Very small thing, but the lighting was quite glitchy all week. We've stayed in this valley for multiple seasons, and not had these problems elsewhere to such a degree. Our kids loved this place, and so did we, but I wouldn't have come here with very young children, the double rooms is upstairs, and far away from where the kids sleep (downstairs on the far side of the kitchen), I don't think I would have heard them in the night if there was a problem (although not hearing the kids for some people may be a bonus!)

Beautiful home and very comfortable stay. Hosts very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Pros: The hosts were very welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable and homely. Everything you could need was provided. Gorgeous log fire, ensuite bedroom, cooking and washing facilities. Really enjoyed our stay.
