Beautiful historic chalet in Argentiere

Pros: Beautiful historic chalet with 3 rooms, so we shared the common spaces with other guests. Super functional and great taste deco. The owner, Jon, was available and welcomed us warmly. 10 minutes ride from Chamonix village. We hope to come back in the future!

Cozy,calm & authentic

Pros: Great chalet with all amenities – a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a lovely garden perfect for reading a book. Spotlessly clean with a high-quality interior design, it offers beautiful views, a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and a warm, wonderful welcome. Jon was incredibly helpful and gave me great tips, which made the stay even more special. A truly unique experience in an authentic house in Argentiere.

Amazing shared luxury house with jacuzzi

Pros: Beautifully renovated house in cozy town close to Chamonix. Our private room was super clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi was a great feeling after our tour du mont blanc hike. Owner is super friendly.

Cons: No downsides, just note that you share facilities with other guests.

Gorgeous chateau.

Pros: Loved this beautiful chateau sharing the space with fellow travellers and soaking up the hospitality of Jon who was so welcoming and responsive to messages.

Cons: The steps to the top loft room are tricky.

A wonderful place best suited for a larger group.

Pros: A beautiful property, a lovingly renovated 17th-century building in a charming area some 10 km north of Chamonix. The host is super-friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there!

Cons: The place is usually rented out to groups, so facilities are shared when the four bedrooms are rented out individually. I was okay with that (as a solo traveller only staying for a single night), but other guests were only semi-happy.

Pros: Jon is a great host, kind, helpful, very attentive. He answered all our questions and gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. We stayed at the studio inside the chalet and it was comfy, with a good bed, a nice shower and with everything you need in the kitchen. The road is super quiet and there is a park very close to the place

Pros: Jon's place was amazing!! Located in the cutest little town, it offers splendid, quiet and relaxing views. The best thing about it was getting in the jacuzzi after a hike, extremely relaxing! Jon is a great host and always asked if needed anything/offered great tips. Overall, a superb stay!
