Village Club Les Tavaillons

Great stay at this fabulous hotel.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Village Club Les Tavaillons. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us—check‑in was completely seamless. One of the highlights was having Favy Sport on‑site. Renting our equipment was quick and easy, with absolutely no queue. The staff there were just as friendly and helpful, which made the whole process stress‑free. The location is great too. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, and it’s only about a 10‑minute walk to the village, which was really convenient for getting around. We had breakfast at the hotel several times and also enjoyed dinner one evening. There was plenty of choice, and the food was very good each time. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Pros: We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful visit. Comfortable and convenient to get to the centre of town by foot (circa 8 minutes) , also a ski bus outside to the town centre . Great bar area and lots of events free of charge

Pros: Lovely area, nice rooms, thank you to Bruno which works in the bar, when we arrived late at night he was very welcoming and helped us find our room.

Nice place overall, with a few surprises

Pros: The location is great and the apartment is very spacious. Overall it was pretty good.

Cons: The first room we were given wasn’t clean, but the staff handled the situation very quickly and moved us to a much better one, which we appreciated. The only unexpected part was that guests are expected to do their own cleaning, but overall it was manageable.

Great friendly place to stay. Spacious accommodation by ski resort standards.

Pros: The Village Club Les Tavaillons has an excellent buffet breakfast offering available from early on for keen skiers. The evening meal is superb with large choice including children offer. Excellent value and all freshly cooked.

Fantastic!

Pros: This is a great place to stay and excellent value for money. The staff couldn’t have been more polite and helpful - and the communal areas were very nice and all the food and drink very reasonably priced.

Pros: I enjoy the space in the flat and the common rooms. Dinner buffet is perfectly reasonable too.

Cons: Nothing as such but it is the opposite side of the town from the Gondola.

Outstanding ski trip created by friendly, cheerful and helpful staff at the property.

Pros: The venue was made by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We were possibly the only British guests staying there and everyone went out of their way to help us. Jeremy, reception leader welcomed us and arranged for our late arrival. He also made it clear that he enjoyed his work and was a natural people person. Also the bar and catering staff were smiley and friendly. Bastien helped us out on our late arrival even though he had finished his shift hours earlier and continued to look after us throughout our stay. Bar staff were superb.

Cons: The furniture in the rooms is somewhat dated but perfectly fine when you realise the prices in other properties. It is immaculately clean and spacious so guests must appreciate this when booking.

Great to finish a day on the mountains in a warm spacious studio with a welcoming bar only a stones throw away 👍👏👏

Pros: Excellent value for money and staff are very helpful

Cons: A kettle and mugs would help… especially for the English to make a large cup of tea.😊
