A very good property for an extended family; very clean. Good location

Pros: Great property, good location and generally enjoyed by all

Cons: Lack of backup, common janitorial supplies: garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. This is an upscale property that shouldn't skimp on these customer support items. More direction is needed on use of 3 keys upon arrival. There are no directions and color-coded dots on the keys wore off a long time ago. There are 3 locks on the front door, only 2 of which are deadbolts needing to be unlocked. Which key(s)? We needed telephone support to get in. Arriving after business hours could leave guests locked out of a very expensive accommodation. Absent these inconveniences, this accommodation would be rated a 10.
