Excellent place for a great holiday

Pros: Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was perfect.

Cons: The shower in the main bedroom was a bit small.

Pros: Absolutely best location for ski in / ski out in beautiful Les Carroz.

Great leisure facilities close to the ski slopes and comfortable apartments

Pros: pool and leisure facilities and close to ski lift and secure covered parking and ski lockers

Cons: wifi was a bit slow and inconsistent

Pros: The location and the space was worth the value, it was very quiet and relaxing.

Cons: The check out policy as it was not mentioned that we have to clean the entire apartment and remove the sheet with towels and store them in a basket. The staff are not aware about the property rules, as when we requested the coins for washing machine they informed it’s for free, however during check out they request the money back that was confusing. Also check in process was a mess as they gave us the apartment keys with no one guide us to the building where is the apartment is located, as the buildings are not located in one area some of them you have to cross the street to access.
