Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Eos

Pros: We loved everything. The staff were super helpful. The underground parking was plentiful and we parked about 20 steps from our room. Our room was lovely, great size for two people (we had a one bed mountain view room). The pool and spa facilities were great and I used the pool every day to unwind after skiing. The restaurant was great, we ate there one night. The ski room was very convenient and the ski in ski out was great. We loved this accommodation and plan to return next year.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like really but if we had to pick holes we'd say: The mattress on the bed was really tired and soft. That needs replacing with a firmer one. The ski room needs more benches for putting your boots on and off. It's very cramped. Ski out, the first 100 metres is very flat so there's a lot of poling. We walked the first bit in the end as it's easier to pole. The walk down to Forêt and forum was great for the first few days as it was all new to us. But the last few days it became a drag to do as it's about 20-25 mins. But these are all really trying to find issues. Overall we loved it.

Pros: Great facilities, great shuttle bus service, really helpful staff, great ski in ski out

Cons: Spa facilities could all have been hotter and opened earlier in the morning

Fabulous ski holiday based in a comfortable apartment.

Pros: Welcoming and efficient reception staff. Nice bar with quality restaurant. Outdoor pool which was quite warm. Comfy beds, quite roomy with adequate storage. Local bus stops at 6.30 but Hotel provides an on-call shuttle. PiouPiou infant ESF school quite handy. Good ski in, ski out. We had front facing 3 bed apartment which suited us well. Clean and tidy to a good standard.

Cons: On the outskirts of town but ski in ski out and bus services compensated. Only complaint is no heated boot warmers in a rather cramped boot locker in a fairly new hotel

Great early season stay in Flaine

Pros: Great ski-in, ski-out location. Super easy to go from apartment to boot room to piste. Nice apartment with plenty of space. The kitchen was small but well laid out with everything we needed. Good value early in the ski season.

Cons: The apartment is a little way away from the main village, so a walk or bus is required if you don't have a can to get to restaurants and ski hire/ other shops. Note that you can't ski to a ski-pass kiosk without taking a lift, so a bus might be required if you haven't pre-ordered lift passes.

Fantastic location and facilities in Flaine

Pros: I loved the room itself, really good size. the bed was very comfy and kitchen facilities great. The pool was heated and great temp, especialy as the weather wasnt that warm. Staff spoke perfect english and went above and beyond to assist.

Great stay, ski in ski out (as long as enough snow). Very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Fresh delivered croissants and bread in the am was great

Cons: The sauna etc gets quite busy - could do with an increased number of saunas / steam rooms

A super stay - great apartments and staff

Pros: Super apartments with great facilities. We had high hopes and weren’t disappointed. They are further out but ski in / ski out made it easy (until our last few days when the snow had melted). But the ski bus stops outside so also convenient. We were delayed checking in but the manager made it up to us. And when my husband fell and injured himself the staff were incredibly helpful. Id definitely return.

Excellent holiday and great place to stay.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Pool was great for the children and it was a beautiful setting.
