Good location and spa. But no other facilities. Didn’t feel like 5 star. Rooms more like 2 or 3 star. Very overpriced.

Pros: Spa good. But no restaurant or bar. Maybe close by however

Cons: Staff would not help with booking of lift ticket. Reason given becuase o booked via booking.com. They only support people that book direct. Made me feel my custom wasn’t as welcome as others. Very petty. Room had a very strong smell of damp, and subsequent work to cover the damp. This could be seen clear on walls and ceiling.

Great and ot so great 🤔

Pros: The staff are very friendly and exceptionally patient. They are placed under immense pressure on a Saturday afternoon during change over day, which they deal with very well. Why aren't check-in times staggered instead of everyone coming back at 5pm. It's manic for about 3 hours. The location is great and great for the ski-lifts at Flaine. The Spa facilities are excellent, and a refreshing relax post the slopes.

Cons: The Spa facilities are excellent, but staff should keep children from using the jacuzzi as a play pool. It was like a Mother and Child creche at one point with children jumping from one pool to the other. Isn't their an age restriction? The reception is lacking a coffee shop (with pastries, etc.) during the morning and afternoon. I'm all for the Apres-ski, but sometimes the noise levels coming from the Rocky Pop Hotel are outrageous. The overwhelming Bass on a Thursday evening reverberated around the resort for an hour and a half... Perhaps a deep clean under the beds and sofas wouldn't go a miss occasionally.

Ideal ski location and base for a self catering family.

Pros: Excellent location and high standard of accommodation.

Cons: Heating downstairs (bedroom) didn’t work despite several attempts to correct it by us and the reception staff.

Overall the hotel is very good. The apartment was ok but overpriced.

Pros: Location is ideal, right at the foot of the slopes. Self catering and kitchen area was ideal for what we needed. Views from the balcony are fantastic! The beds were very comfortable. And the pool and spa are wonderful. Check in/out was very good and reception staff were great.

Cons: Only one toilet even though the apartment had two bathrooms. And in the duplex, a second toilet on the same level as the other bedroom would have been better. The sofa bed as a couch was uncomfortable to sit on. The TV remote was hit and miss and the choice of channels was very bad for UK viewers. Not sure how well this apartment would work with 6 people in it.

Tolles Appartement in zentraler Lage

Pros: Tolle Anlage, gute Lage, sehr zentral gelegen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nettes Personal, nah der Piste

Cons: Es gab nichts auszusetzen aber bringt eine enge, klassische Badehose mit.

Overall it was a positive combination of snowboarding and spa vacation

Pros: Location was very good, ski lifts, services, and restaurants nearby. Grocery nearby, fresh pastries could be ordered for breakfast

Cons: Internet quality was horrible, smart TV should support casting from devices, children are not allowed to sauna in spa.

Pros: La résidence est très bien placée proches de toutes les commodités (télécabine, commerces). Les équipements intérieurs sont très bien ( piscine ,spa, salle de fitness) et les soins sont vraiment à faire. Détente assurée ! Et surtout l équipe est très gentille et à l écoute.

Super séjour!

Pros: Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Établissement idéalement placé avec une superbe vue sur la place du forum. Le spa et l’équipe des massages sont au top!

Pros: Great location, wonderful views from balcony and pool. Spacious rooms, fantastic to have lockers for ski equipment and boot dryers.
