Brilliant accommodation

Pros: Excellent facilities and staff Clean, friendly and high standards

Excellent and peaceful stay.

Pros: We loved our stay at Alhena. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and had some coffee and tea and kitchen cleaning products to last the week. We would love to come back in the winter and experience a different season!

Fantastic holiday, great accommodation in a superb location.

Pros: Spacious accommodation in a fantastic location. Great facilities to use after a day on the slopes. Staff were very helpful during our stay.

Cons: Unfortunately my son had a few items stolen from the locker in the pool area. Staff were helpful but unfortunately he never got his items back.

Loved our stay, we’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Love the location and the apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast downstairs in the restaurant is very pricey but they also offer a fresh bread delivery in the morning which we could enjoy in the comfort of our apartment so this was a great alternative!

Perfect location

Pros: We booked an apartment for 6 people. Is was well equipped and stylish. Literally near the magic carpet.

Amazing, great skiing and a very good hotel

Pros: Everything was perfect, location was amazing and the hotel is brand new, the room was excellent, everything in the room was of highest quality.

Cons: There is nothing we didnt like

The most perfect ski apartment

Pros: Location was perfect. Truly ski in ski out and walkable to all restaurants/bars/shops in Flaine. Traffic free. Spacious accommodation with high end fittings. Best ski accommodation I have experienced. We hesitated to review as we don't want the prices to go up :)

Modern, new, nice

Pros: The location, the sauna was very good but a pity the was is no outdoor Whirpool. The inside Whirpool was really below the level. The fitness wool. The hotel, apartment and facilities were modern, nice materials, well combined and new. The apartment had a lot of windows which did not feel dark in bad weather days.

Cons: Lack of furniture, lack of kitchen tools, for example for pasta, no microwave. Kitchen cup was dirty, not enough robes for the wellness, the mattress was a bit too hard, tv was not working for international channels as BBC, only working for French Chanel’s, the fire alarm went on in the middle of the night and next day there was no information about it, the suite shower smelled of sewage, no plates for pasta, the suite toilet heater was not really warm, ski room was too hot, no information about how to connect with reception with the phone. Clearly the capacity of the room is not adequate for what is indicated. A room of 6 is for maximum 5 people.

A fantastic week - we will be back

Pros: The welcome was friendly and efficient. The door codes were easy to use. The apartment was lovely and virtually ski-in and out. Access to all the hotel facilities was great, and access through the hotel from Flaine Front de Neige to Flaine Forum was easy. Car parking was easy to find and access. It was brilliant to have access to a laundry -although in our week it wasn’t operating. However, the hotel did our laundry free instead so that was really helpful.

Cons: It would be ideal if access from the ski room in basement could have been directly to outside, rather than having to bring skis upstairs again to access the exit. Also, the apartment was for 8 people, but 2 would have been on sofa beds in sitting room which is challenging over a week. It would be great to have 4 bedroom apartments available potentially, even in small numbers. This is also really picky, but we had a 3 bedroom apartment with one en-suite and one general bathroom. It would have been lovely to have all en-suite, or two en-suite and one general bathroom, but agree this is a big ask and not absolutely necessary

Outstanding stay for family ski trip

Pros: Location was outstanding, quality of apartment and the view was amazing
