Great place for a quick ski break I will be back

Pros: The staff apart from housekeeping were all very helpful and responsive.The hotel is clean and the location is beautiful with great a views. The shuttle service is very good and the atmosphere is very welcoming

Cons: The beds were a little to hard and housekeeping didn’t respond to request to make the beds up numerous times.

Pros: Beautiful spot and lovely hotel with friendly staff. Suite was a great size with living area and 2 bedrooms.

Cons: Only negative comment was that we had a suite for 5 of us with only one toilet - this was not in a bathroom so neither of the en suite bathrooms had toilets in them The toilet was cold and had a bit of a drain smell. The rest of the suite and the rooms and facilities were really great so was a shame about the loo

Wonderful hotel for families.

Pros: Fantastic hotel for families. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast and the restaurant Chez Jean are excellent, the rooms are spacious and easy to use. The pool area is pleasant, it becomes kids territory at certain hours. There's a van that takes you to mont d'arbois, and you can leave your ski gear in a locker at the hotel, and another van that takes people to the center of the city. I highly recommend it for families with young children.

Cons: We would have loved a gym.

Pros: The most beautiful hotel, with stunning interiors and truly breathtaking views across Megève. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and it was such a pleasure to return to our lovely room after a busy day on the slopes. The pool and spa facilities were immaculate and felt wonderfully luxurious - the perfect place to unwind. We especially loved the daily high tea, both for its exceptional quality and the spectacular views, which made it feel like a real treat each afternoon. The shuttle service to the ski lifts and into town was fantastic - an unexpected bonus that made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our visit. We can’t thank you enough for making our stay so special.

Wonderful magical stay over Christmas

Pros: The staff were great, very attentive. I love the touch of calling me before hand to ask any requests I had to make it special, which I was requested a Christmas tree. Having Santa appear at breakfast and knowing my kids name was very special. The restaurant was nice and cosy, again they were very attentive to myself and my child. Kids club being drop off was amazing

Cons: High tea could have more savoury items - but really this was minor point

Pros: Everything was perfect, breakfast, high tea, hotel staff, pool and facilities. Upgrade and the staff all unbeatable!

Pros: Basically Hotel was very nice with a style and charming. The room first we was given not really what we booked, but member of the staff very quickly sorted this issue for us.

Cons: We encountered a problem with parking at the hotel, as it appears there are not enough parking spaces available. When we arrived late in the evening, we found no available spots. However, a staff member kindly allowed us to park next to the main entrance. The following evening, when we tried to park in the same location, another staff member informed us that we were not allowed to do so. This was quite disappointing, especially since there were again no available parking spaces. The staff member then requested our car keys, claiming he would find a space for our vehicle. Unsatisfied with this arrangement, we requested to find parking ourselves. When we suggested using a private garage, he insisted we couldn’t park there ourselves for safety reasons. In the garage, the cars are arranged in a way that blocks each other, making access difficult. We encountered the same issue with outdoor parking spaces—most cars were blocked in. The staff frequently asked guests for their car keys, as they often needed to move cars around. If you plan to drive to this hotel, be aware of these issues. Ensure that the hotel has valet parking insurance and public liability insurance for moving your car from one space to another. It was uncomfortable to leave our keys with someone, especially since we had a short stay. We often had to ask the staff for our keys if we needed something from the car or wanted to retrieve an item. Ultimately, no matter the situation, the hotel should strive to find solutions and ensure that guests are satisfied, which unfortunately did not happen in this case.

Beautiful views and amazing amenities.

Pros: The staff was amazing and they took care of us on our little birthday trip in a beautiful way, they upgraded us and left a lovely note and gift in the room. The breakfast was really good. I Would definitely recommend coming here, relaxing, getting a nice massage and enjoying the sauna.
