Pros: We loved the family orientation of the hotel and how easy almost everything was.

Cons: Would be nice to have some cleaning of the apartment, and better amenities - we had 3 low tier coffee capsules waiting for a week stay and just decided to buy our own. There was soap but no shampoo and conditioner, and we had to walk our garbage down to the main street. Also, would be nice to be able to sit in reception beyond 8pm.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, great facilities, comfortable accommodation

Cons: Minivan to the ski lifts stopped being bookable so we had to start driving to the lifts in the morning. Parking spaces were not assigned to flats and some guests had more than 1 car in the car park.

Very high standard place to stay in Les Contamines.

Pros: Facilities were excellent. The swimming pool was excellent and gym very good. Apartments were excellent and up to a very high standard. Advantage was having indoor parking.

Pros: Modern but in keeping with the surrounding area. Well equipped clean comfortable spacious apartment with great views. Very helpful staff. Especially Lydie and Justine. Spa warmer this time and a pleasure to use.
