CGH Résidence Boutique Le Hameau De Pierre Blanche

A lovely place to holiday in the mountains with fantastic views - great facilities and friendly staff.

Pros: The facilities were lovely. The views were fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ski locker was a good size and conveniently located. The car park was great.

Cons: We were late arriving due to heavy traffic. The check-in times published are 17:00 to 20:00 but we were unable to speak with anyone when we phoned at 19:00 to say that we were delayed. We arrived at 20:20 and luckily met another resident who was able to access the envelope for our apartment in the secure box. It would have been helpful to have had these instructions prior to arrival. We were lucky that we didn’t have to spend the night in the car. Alternatively the reception staff could have contacted us by phone before leaving for the day with the entry instructions. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. A double sofa bed would have been more comfortable. They were tiny for adults to sleep in. The facilities were lovely but children using the hot tubs, sauna and hamman made it busy. An adult only session for the last hour would be nice. It was a long way to the supermarket so good to have some items available in the reception. These are all really minor niggles as it was a lovely place to stay with helpful staff. Les Houches is a great resort for families.

Pros: Amazing view on the Mont Blanc massif Perfect location, right across the woods, 5 mins walk to the Bus and ski gondola, 2 mins walk to the ski school for kids Nice swimming pool Bakery service Cosy and spacious apartment, fully equipped ! Rooftop windows to observe the stars at night 🩵 Friendly staff Covered parking (very handy when it’s snowing and freezing)

Cons: The internet WiFi access is limited to one device at a time and it’s rather slow (but that is not bad at all when you are on holidays:) The property wouldn’t book the ski equipment for us because they only do that if you book directly with them (not via booking.com ). When we arrived all the ski shops were sold out and we had to rent ski eq. In the other village Limited restaurant offers in Les Houches

Pros: its a great place to stay for a family very big apartment with all the facilities needed the view of mont blanc was amazing . pool and spa are great . i would definitely recommend

Cons: maybe it a cultural thing ... i gave this place an 8 i would have given a 10. first the thing that you have to take off all bed sheets and but them in a bag at check out is weird especially for a place thats aiming for a 5 star rating . second the fact that there is a really nice lobby with fire spot and billiard table that most of the time is locked and closes early in general is a pity also spa area could be open a bit more .

Pros: - The location of CGH Résidences & Spas Le Hameau De Pierre Blanche - 5-star boutique residence is incredible for accessing hiking, trail running, biking routes, the train and the bus route through the Chamonix Valley, as well as being an extremely tranquil place to rest when the day is done! The view is worth the stay alone! - The team at CGH Résidences & Spas Le Hameau De Pierre Blanche were so welcoming and lovely and would go out of their way to make our stay was so special - we can't thank them all enough. Freddy in particular has been so kind to us over numerous stays and made us feel so very welcome - Freddy is an absolute credit to the CGH company and the industry as a whole - extremely knowledgeable, personable and very professional.

Perfect stay

Pros: Large and cosy appartment, very clean and had all the necessary stuff. The luxurious pool area (not crowded), hamam and sauna as well as jacuzzi was perfect after skiing. Nice little gym as well. Walking distance to the cable cars. Helpful staff.

Stunning location

Pros: Location was absolutely breathtaking with beautiful views of Mont Blanc.

Pros: Fantastyczny stosunek jakości do ceny. Bardzo miła obsługa (w tym w języku polskim :)). 250m odległości od gondoli Les Houches Prarion. Około 15 min jazdy samochodem do stoków w Chamonix. Codzienny odpoczynek w strefie SPA (jacuzzi, sauna fińska, sauna hammam) po całym dniu na nartach :)

Pros: Accueil, équipements, piscine, calme, service boulangerie Accès au train gratuit pour les déplacements

Cons: ?

Pros: Excellent accueil et propreté des lieux. Le personnel est super et disponible. La piscine et les installations sur place sont parfaites et ouvertes même en basse saison. Les services supplémentaires (boulangerie et viennoiseries livrables chaque jour) sont un plus appréciable.

Cons: Insonorisation moyenne.
