A wonderful and memorable short break to the Alps. We would return and recommend.

Pros: The property was nicely decorated, well equipped and in a great location. We were walking distance into the town and near the bus stops. We had access to the hotel which had brilliant facilities. We loved the spa, the fondue restaurant and the extra touches like the complimentary crepes and mulled wine at 5pm. Which were well needed after a whole day of skiing. The staff were all polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible.

Cons: It would’ve been nice to have had some more English tv channels for those quiet moments.

Pros: We had a very enjoyable stay at Apartment L’Heliopic. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is very convenient—close to great restaurants and all the main attractions, which made getting around easy and stress-free. Overall, a wonderful stay that we would happily recommend.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful apartment. Staff were very friendly and nice. We were provided with complementary wine which was delicious and a nice touch. Location is perfect!

Cons: Honestly nothing, I didn't like that I had to come home.

Pros: We stayed in one of the hotel's apartments which was finished to a high standard, even included two bottles of wine in the fridge when we arrived. Hot tub with views of Mt Blanc were very special. Spa was fab and each staff member couldn't have been more friendly, polite and super helpful. Great location for exploring too.

Cons: Such high standards of service throughout, possibly some room for imptovement on the breakfast, but first class in every other respect.

Pros: The apartment was so well stocked and the net was the best addition to a family room! The location is very central and staff were so welcoming. Access to facilities in the hotel made the stay, the spa and children play area were fantastic. We will be back!

Pros: The location is absolutely fantastic, directly facing the Aiguille du Midi, with complete facilities and everything you could possibly need. Although check-in is only available from 4 PM, you can simply leave your luggage at the front desk and they will deliver it to your room before check-in time. The Aiguille du Midi cable car is right next door — when it’s time to go up the mountain, you just step outside. The hotel provides various coffees, water, and drinks for children at the front desk. The staff give a detailed introduction of each area and the room facilities upon check-in. It’s very quiet. The room is extremely spacious with a well-thought-out layout. The parking lot is very secure — when we forgot to close the car window, they even called to inform us.

Great stay

Pros: The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Aiguille du Midi lift. The staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. The spa is lovely, offering a variety of rooms including an ice room, hammam, and sauna. Our apartment was located just outside the main hotel, which provided a great sense of privacy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable!

Cons: The only thing we didn’t enjoy was that the jacuzzi in front of our apartment could have been cleaner.

Pros: Amazing location, super friendly staff, little additions like good coffee machine in the lobby and very decent restaurant are nothing but amazing.

Cons: Some elements of the apartment were a bit aged.
