Beautifully presented apart-hotel in a great location in Chamonix

Pros: Well equipped pool, gym and sauna. Very clean and well maintained.

Pros: Exceptionally clean throughout the property. Staff professional, very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Underground secure parking with allocated numbered bays were great, and the views of Mont Blanc outstanding

Perfect accommodate

Pros: The staff, apartments, location and the leisure facilities are perfect. This is my second time and hasn't disappointed me. You are in easy walking distance to the centre, restaurants, activities and transport.

Cons: Nothing!

Stunning views of the mountain in an exceptional location. The staff here are very warm and welcoming.

Pros: The central location was fantastic and the apartments were very high quality.

Cons: Some lamps in the sitting room would be good and the kitchen could have used more cooking equipment.

Pros: Fabulous facilities, apartment was a great size, was really clean and very well equipped. Brilliant location - close to the road but this didn’t matter, calm location and quiet in the evenings. Supermarkets, restaurants and station nearby.

Cons: Some staff could have been more helpful. Gave us complicated directions to the laundry room but did not explain that we would need tokens to use the machines and could only get them from reception so we had to go all the way back. Annoying internal doors in the apartment. Some of them didn’t stay open and some of them didn’t stay shut. Minor niggles, it was a great place.

Comfortable apartment in great location with pool and sauna

Pros: Great location and pool/spa facilities. Comfortable apartment with all of the necessary kitchen items. Great view.

Cons: Sofa bed in the lounge wasn’t the comfiest thing to sit on.

Beautiful and cozy apartment hotel in the perfect location!

Pros: The location was fantastic right next to the cable car of Aiguille du midi and Chamonix town. Pool and gym facility was also modern and beautiful. We were family with two adult age children and a big dog and had good space for everyone. Staff was always kind and polite. We stayed in the 2 BR apartment and it was spacious with fully equipped kitchen.

Cons: Really not much to dislike. If I have to, probably living room and bedrooms were on the small side. And I wish the bathroom with the bathtub was in the mail bedroom but that was not a big issue.

Summer stay

Pros: Location, secure underground parking included, facilities for the pricing. Helpfulness of all staff encountered both in communications before & during stay. The balcony & outdoor furniture of the 1 bed apartment we had.

Cons: Nothing for the two of us. Would have been cramped with another 2 on the sofa bed in the lounge area, but obviously possible.

Great.

Pros: Great location and facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Good value, not having to pay for things not needed.

Cons: More robe would be useful to hang wet towels etc.
