Great location and comfy living area/beds but nowhere to store all ski equiptment

Pros: Location - right in the centre of town Cleanliness Comfy beds Spacious living area

Cons: 30 minute walk to collect keys and return to property to gain access. Same issue on departure. Rental company unwilling to give early access to property despite the property being empty at time of arrival. Ski storage shed is tiny but the property has rules forbidding any sky equipment being brought into the property (including boots). The storage shed has enough space for skis but not boots. Where are we supposed to leave our boots at night??!?

Brilliant location in centre of Cham.

Pros: Perfect location. 3 steps from the centre. Works well for a group of friends or family.

Cons: Parking is no longer private, but host immediately reimbursed cost of under cover parking (receipt needed) - its only a few minutes walk away. No boot room: Ski locker is outside, & boots need removing before entry so they can dry out which is OK but a fiddle.

In the main a very pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable and well located apartment.

Pros: Excellent location. Large comfortable beds that can sleep 8 (2 per bed). Well appointed bathrooms. Generous living space.

Cons: There were no basic pantry items like oil, salt and pepper and not even a pantry cupboard to store supplies. The sensor light in the stairwell does not turn on immediaty and times out too quickly which is dangerous.

Lovely little apartment in the centre of town

Pros: Perfectly located, right in the centre of town. Spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect for our small family of four for our annual ski trip. Nearby parking was an added bonus. Attentive and communicative management agency.

Cons: A few minor things: there was a weird smell (we think it was coming from damp in the wood), the bathroom door handle kept falling off, the wifi was patchy and we needed to get someone in to fix it. Otherwise it was lovely!

Good we enjoyed ourselves, it’s a lovely apartment but needs improvement.

Pros: Location was excellent. Staff were great instructions were clear.

Cons: The heating was controlled remotely by the owner. This meant at times the living area was cold and the bedrooms were much too hot at night. And although we asked for it to be altered and the staff tried it wasn’t altered to times that suited us. We had a baby with us so this was a problem as whoever was with her in the day was cold. Also the floor is needs attention. All 6 of us had splinters in our feet through thick ski socks. The baby was crawling and beginning to walk so we had to be really careful. I think this is something that needs sorting as soon as possible. On the whole we all really liked the apartment, the location was excellent but I would not go back unless those 2 issues were sorted which is a shame as everything else was great.

Amazing Apartment, fantastic location. Just need a few more creature comforts if you’re there for skiing.

Pros: Perfect location, beautiful apartment well equipped

Cons: Facilities to hold skis / ski boots/ poles for up to 7 people is not enough. It’s a tiny little shed outside the apartment.

Pros: الموقع ممتاز بالسنتر تقريبا السرر مريحه النظافه الادوات في المطبخ كامله يوجد غساله ونشافه ارسلو لنا قبل الوصول دليل كامل عن السكن

Cons: المدخل صعب اناره الممرات في السكن تعمل بالحساس المواقف بعيده قليلا عن السكن وبرسوم

Pros: Cozy atmosphere, grand living area, fantastic location.

O lugar é ótimo, mas não vale o valor cobrado.

Pros: Bem No centrinho próximo a lojas mercados… A cama é super confortável.

Cons: Pra achar o lugar é uma caça ao tesouro. Tem q ir em outro lugar pra pegar e devolver a chave. Tudo c/senhas… Tem q ser fornecido + chaves. Na porta “de vidro” deveria ter uma cortina pra maior privacidade. O aquecedor do banheiro não funcionava e os do ap tb não aqueceram corretamente. Cobram um valor absurdo pela limpeza e não estava totalmente limpo.

Meget fin sentral leilighet, men mye bråk fra gaten

Pros: Meget bra beliggenhet. Leiligheten liger midt i sentrum. Kort vei til alle fasiliteter. Man kan sitte på balkongen og se innspurten av UTMB.

Cons: Planløsning på det ene soverommet var noe rar. Toalett uten dør. Leiligheten blir veldig varm og det er begrenset mulighet for lufting. Det er mye støy fra gaten hele døgnet. Ønsker du en fredelig plass er dette ikke stedet
