Chalet Atmosphere Chamonix City Center Large T3

Very warm and nice flat

Cons: Upstairs bedroom a bit tight

A great choice for short or longer stay in Chamonix! Great host! Take care for PARKING if use a car.

Pros: A nicely reconstructed apt in the BEST spot in Chamonix (in the beginning of the pedestrian street). Beds/mattresses were comfortable, sofa is great for chilling out (4 persons) and kitchen is well organised. Jean-Romain helped us fast in every request/problem we faced during our stay (i.e. heating issue when arrived solved fast by him). Location is a real advantage.

Cons: PARKING was a real problem in the period we visit (30/12-5/1). All Chamonix parking spaces were full as well as the St. Michel parking in which the Apt tenants normally should have a booked space all the time (at least as per the description in BOOKING.COM). Unfortunately, we couldn't use that space at any time due to some change of rules that the Parking apply (i.e. parking space attached to a unique car/plate). Nevertheless, we came in front of excessive parking costs but mostly we had to wait quite long to be bale to find a parking place in other parking lots. It is a pity that the apt doesn;t have any window/balcony to view the Mont Blanc mountains while you stay inside.

Fantastic apartment in a great location with a great host

Pros: Fantastic location right in the town centre close to shops, slopes and ski buses, the apartment was super clean with all the facilities you need, kitchen was modern with all essential cooking/cleaning items, shower is amazing ,heating in the property was great,Jean Romain the host is a legend, helped me out getting into property instantly when I couldn’t access info, he made sure our stay was perfect and there whenever needed. Thank you so much for an awesome stay, will defo try to stay again soon.

Cons: Nothing was perfect

Pros: It was paradise. Location perfect, everything super clean and functional. Modern, comfortable. I wish I could live there!

Good apartment but no view !

Pros: This apartment is immaculate in terms of facilities. Everything you need for your stay is provided. We also found our host, J.R., to be very helpful, responsive and wonderful.

Cons: However, two things were unexpected for us. One is that you have to carry heavy suitcases and take the stairs to the third floor. And the biggest problem is that you can hardly see Mont Blanc. The description of the facility says it has a landmark view, but I could only see a little bit. We are really disappointed.

Pros: Comfortable, centrally located and had everything you needed

Perfect!

Pros: With the family we skied mainly at Le Tour/Vormaine. Both were ideal areas for families to enjoy the snow and go skiing. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need. It is located in the middle of the center (but still very quiet), a parking spot is included in a nearby garage!

Pros: Pretty much everything. Location facilities and comfort

Pros: Excellent location. Easy access to the Brevent Ski Bus pick up. Within steps to restaurants and shops, and the Apres Ski Club patio. Clean.

Cons: Driveway access to the unit needs to be maintained (snow/ice removal or at least sand/gravel application).. It's dangerous to walk in ski boots because it's so icy.
