Vallot - Chamonix Centre

Pros: Close proximity to Chamonix town centre (5min. walk). Easy access to all Chamonix has to offer. Although the bed is pull-out, it is comfortable. All-in-all, the studio, small as it is, has everything necessary for an enjoyable stay.

Cons: Tedious check-in process. First, you park on the pavement, retrieve the keys from the lockbox, and then it's upstairs to collect the remote for the carpark. Back downstairs to open the carpark, then you can unload. The reverse when leaving the property. Easier would be to have a larger lockbox to contains both keys and carpark remote.

Pros: Great location and very close to ski bus stops. The apartment itself isn't big but just enough room for two travelers. It has all the basic equipment you need for a ski trip. The bathroom was clean and surprisingly spacious. Check in and out instructions were very clear. They were forwarded to me few days prior our arrival so no stress about that.

Cons: There is no separate space for snowboards which meant taking them to the room after a wet day.

A wonderful cosy apartment in the centre of Chamonix

Pros: The location of this apartment couldn’t be any better. The buses which take you to the ski lifts stop literally a minute. from the front door of the building . Chamonix ‘s busy centre and the nearest supermarket is also a minute or two away. The apartment is super cosy and clean with everything you need during your stay. There was excellent communication from the staff with easy check in/out instructions. We’ll definitely be back.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Très agréable et bien situé

Pros: L'accès au logement le premier jour est très simple (ainsi que le départ). Emplacement très proche du centre ville. Les équipements du logement sont très bien.

Cons: La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas bien, le linge avait encore de la lessive dessus et il n'était pas essoré (obliger d'aller dans une laverie). Le bouton de la chasse d'eau est cassé.

Studio central refait à neuf avec plusieurs points à corriger : gestion informatique à fiabiliser

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal au centre de Chamonix à 100m de la rue piétonne. La disponibilité d'une place de parking (mais pas réservée). Le confort du canapé convertible. Qualité du Wifi. Appartement refait à neuf et très calme La réactivité de l'agence de conciergerie suite aux contacts téléphoniques

Cons: Le système de contact compliqué et pas fiable avec l'agence de conciergerie qui gère le bien et surtout l'application de gestion qui gère la caution à payer qui conditionne l'accès aux clés. La location avait été payé 1 mois avant. Nous avons payé la caution une semaine avant et nous attendions de recevoir les infos d'accès 2j ou la veille de notre arrivée. L'application a bugué et nous a redemandé le paiement d'une caution pendant 2 jours avant notre arrivée, avec message en anglais souvent. Faute de recevoir les infos la veille il a fallu un échange téléphonique pour régler le problème le jour de l'arrivée : très mauvaise expérience client, stress et pertes de temps ! Assez peu de rangement dont 1 grand placard dans la salle de bain dont la porte ne pouvait s'ouvrir complètement... Le lave linge qui fonctionnait mal : cycle de lavage incomplet et essorage inexistant...

Great. Would stay there again.

Pros: Great location, good wifi, decent kitchen. Host provides videos on how to get the keys and where the room is (very helpful). A good amount of space for one or two people.

Cons: Small space and the bed is a sleeper sofa. Lock box is a bit tricky to get right (sticky and low lightening)

Séjour parfait à Chamonix, logement très propre et bien équipé, idéalement situé

Pros: Logement idéalement situé , en plein centre -ville, et doté d'un parking, très appréciable. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Problème de TV pendant notre séjour, parfaitement pris en charge par la conciergerie qui gère l'établissement. Personnel à l'écoute, très arrangeant

Bon pied à terre pour naviguer autour de Chamonix

Pros: Tres bon emplacement pour cet appartement. Au calme, en plein centre de Chamonix. Facilité de parking. Contact très agreable avec Care Concierge pour ouvrir la boite à clé. Wifi impeccable. A recommander

Cons: La tv ne fonctionnait pas, probablement un faux contact dans les cables de la box.
