Pros: La vue incroyable

Cons: Le sous sol (par temps de neige pas pratique pour la sortir )mais sinon voiture au chaud 😄

Pros: L'emplacement idéal dans la rue principale de Chamonix. L'immeuble est au calme car il est en retrait de la rue. Supermarché à 300 m. Arrêt de la navette pour les pistes en bas de l'immeuble ainsi qu'un loueur de matériel de ski. Nombreux commerces et restaurants. De manière générale, tout peut se faire à pied. Un gros plus : Place de parking privée sous l'immeuble. Belle vue depuis le balcon. Récupération des clés très rapide chez Nexity.

Cons: Manque d'équipement standard dans la cuisine : pas de casserole (uniquement des faitouts sans manche), pas de micro onde, pas de grille pain. Les couverts ont besoin d'être changés. Une grande partie des ustensiles est rangée dans une commode ce qui n'est absolument pas pratique. Un buffet ou un meuble de cuisine bas serait plus approprié. Pas de table basse dans la pièce de vie. Les 2 fauteuils ne sont pas du tout confortables (un canapé 2 places même tout petit serait plus appréciable). Une seule table de nuit dans la chambre principale qui manque de rangement. C'est dommage car l'appartement pourrait être facilement amélioré.
