APARTMENT STADDON - Alpes Travel - Central Chamonix - Sleeps 4-6

Pros: The location is fantastic. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Had all necessary facilities.

Cons: Parking garage: too narrow. Maybe difficult for vans to maneuver.

Good value for money

Pros: Excellent location near grocery store and town center. Ski bus stops are also within reasonable walking distance. The kitchen is small but adequate and everything we needed was there. Locker room for the skis was good. Two bathrooms/showers was ideal. Check in and check out was very easy with no issues. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodation.

Cons: Another toilet would have been useful for 4 people. A clothes rack would have been useful. After a day on the slopes, there weren't many places to hang clothes.

Honestly perfect

Pros: Location is 10/10. Everything is close. Ski lift, shops, ski hire, busy stop, restaurants, shops etc. Apartment had everything you wanted. Kitchen was perfect with cupboards stocked up of everything you need.

Cons: One toilet between 5 people wasn’t great really. They could easily fit another in the main bathroom which would make it perfect. There are 2 showers, but one loo.

Pros: Fantastic apartment close to town 100m and ski lifts 500m. No need for a car. Kitchen had everything needed. Would highly recommended!!!

Cons: Would have been helpful to have some dishwashing liquid for dishes in the sink.

Wonderful ski vacation

Pros: Location was awesome. Quiet but close to town and walking distance to get on brevent gondola by using the tow rope. Was super close to a supermarket which made things easy and nice.

Cons: Some things were a bit annoying. Barely any toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, these don’t cost much but are annoying to have to run out and get. Only 1 key made it difficult to coordinate with family.

Great Location for 4 people max, visiting Chamonix, not good for skiing or larger groups.

Pros: Location is great, but make sure the lift near by is working at that time, or is a long and hard walk to the nearest lift or will have to take the bus, also far and always packed. If you are not skiing, great location. Complicated to access and hard to find by gps, make sure the host has the garage key ready for you at your arrival or will be night mare to get it inside the apartment.

Cons: Access is very complicated and the garage control should be ready at arrival, before accessing the apartment. There is no place to park to get the control. The toilet seat need to be replaced, very very cold. One toilet is not enough for a group of 5 people or more.

Appartement confortable tres central.

Pros: L’emplacement, la belle dimension de l’appartement et son confort.

Cons: Qu’il soit géré par une société anglaise (alors que je pensais que j’avais à faire à un particulier) qui envoie tout en anglais et dont les employés ne parlent pas vraiment le français, que la totalité du payement soit prélevé sur ma carte dès la réservation alors qu’il est écrit qu’il se fera « dans quelques jours ». Que nous n’ayons eu qu’une seule clé de l’appartement pour deux. Que certains matelas n’aient pas d’alése!!!

Pros: La localisation de l'appartement est très bien et dans son ensemble, l'aménagement de l'appartement est bien.

Cons: Il faudrait changer les matelas qui sont trop mous.
