Apartment le Paradis 1 - Alpes Travel - Central Chamonix (sleeps 4)

Good apartment for a family holiday.

Pros: Well equipped kitchen, nice location. Balcony is a plus. Good location in the heart of Chamonix.

Cons: The housekeeping shall improve, the floor was a bit sticky. There is only one toilet seat although the apartment has two bathrooms.

Great location and nice, clean place.

Pros: Great location in the center and also close to le brevent ski lift. You can basically walk anywhere you need. Quiet, clean and well equipped place. They were really flexible with the check in. Nice views.

Cons: We first only got one key so if you need more remember to ask! The place was a bit smaller than we thought and there was no hallway/closet for shoes, jackets etc. Rooms were ok and there were also closets. Still enough room for 4 people. The floors were really cold in the living room area.

Pros: Расположение отличное. На тихой улице, ночью не шумно, но в двух шагах до основной улицы с кафе и ресторанами. В одной спальне ванная комната с ванной, в другой спальне с душем. Туалет отдельно. Кровати комфортные. С балкона открывается вид на горы. Есть капсулы для стиральной и посудомоечной машин

Cons: Гостиная на фото выглядит просторнее. Лучше убрать сломанное кресло, оно только занимает место и загораживает проход в спальню и на балкон. Парковка довольно узкая и низкая. Лучше уточнить реальные размеры парковки перед поездкой. И оценить свои водительские способности. Мой муж заехал, я бы не смогла(( И самое неприятное - возврат депозита 250$. Мало того, что его возвращают в течении 7 дней по договору, а не в день выезда, как это было в другом жилье. Так его вернули только на 11 день, и после моих ежедневных вопросов про него. Я считаю это некомпетентность или мошенничество. В любом случае это плохой опыт

Pros: op zich een zeer goed appartement, goed gelegen, voorzien van al wat je nodig hebt. ruime garage , lift, skikot, echt prima .

Cons: vrij onpersoonlijk, je ziet nooit iemand, alles gaat via mail. vanaf de reservatie wordt je bestookt met en 10-tal e-mails, vol vragen enz.... Dit is vermoedelijk allemaal goed bedoeld, maar komt zo niet over als je een drukke dagtaak hebt.

Pros: Proximité du centre ville , on a pas sortie la voiture de la semaine en plus on était là pour lutmb avec les enfants , c’était génial , Super U. A côté , les magasins , le petit train , le téléphérique on a tout fait c’était top ! On reviendra

Cons: Le parking !! Gros gros soucis , très étroit pour une grosse voiture , très compliqué et très mal placé ! Quel dommage Apparemment au premier étage , on entend les voisins du dessus et les chaises … en pleine nuit pas top
