Lovely apartment close to main ski bus area

Pros: A lovely apartment very close to the main bus hub at Chamonix Sud. Was also very close to the lift to Aguile du Midi. We had 5 adults staying, my wife and I with my son and two of his friends. Although a bit of squeezing around the kitchen area at food times was needed, it certainly had enough space. Big beds, two showers two toilets. Nice balcony although -8 temperature limited that use. High spec on kitchen and bathrooms too. We brought a car and so nice to have indoor parking. Big enough locker space to store 5 sets of ski equipment. Emerald stay team were attentive all week too for any queries.

Great spacious apartment close to Chamonix Town for families or skiers.

Pros: Fully equipped kitchen to cook, grater, non stick pans all sizes, stainless steel pots and pans, sharp knives and also comes with baby chair when requested, we were also able to request a cot which was so handy for us as we have a young one. There is also baby gates too and sleighs for the little children too. Apartment is fully furnished and has great roomy showers. The apartment is also roomy for Chamonix, as if U know Chamonix, it's knows for tiny apartments, this one is around 65sqm and has a study desk if anyone needed to WFH. Also two bathrooms which is a bonus for families, and the apartment is separated into two levels so easy to split up a group either. I would definitely stay here again for my stay. Ski locker also there and parking available. Good security, two doors to get inside the complex which offers security.

Comfortable and modern apartment in great location.

Pros: It was very tastefully furnished and was extremely comfortable.

Cons: The tv was very disappointing. It wouldn’t let me login to my Netflix account and when watching programmes on Prime it kept crashing. I stayed in a different apartment in the same block last year which I booked through Mountain Base and didn’t have any of these problems.

Fabulos

Pros: Location is wonderful, accomodation is fabulos for a family with 2 kids, and access to everything is very easy.

Great property and very friendly staff

Pros: The apartment amazing, great location , cozy place, friendly staff and pleasant stay.

Cons: At some time, the late reply in Booking massaging i noticed due auto-reply set up. Also Wifi internet during our time was extremely weak close to poor/zero connectivity. Except those points every thing was wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Pros: The unit was so well appointed. They had thought of everything. Modern and very comfortable. The Emerald stay staff were out of this world - so amazing. Their communication was fantastic and their follow up on us in the unit and afterward was so great. They even bought us pastries one day. This kind of customer service is rarely seen these days. We will definitely be staying with them again.
