Nice place to stay

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Is well situated near the Chamonix Sud and easy to access the bus go to the ski. Warm, cosy and new.

Cons: From my side the only downside is the check out at 9AM till the latest 10AM ( 11AM WILL BE PERFECT).

A great location for your ski trip.

Pros: I really like the location, was pretty close to the bus station, aprox. 5 minutes. Was really confortable walking even in ski boots. The design of the apartment was nice, clean and it was very good equiped with everything we need. I would probably come back but I would choose an upper story apartment.

Cons: I didn't like the pillows and the mattress (both were too rigid) We stayed in the apartement situated at the ground floor which was right next to the ski room so there was a lot of noise, mostly in the morning. The second bedroom has no thermostat so was quite difficult to set the room temperature. The air was quite dry in the bedrooms, but one of the bedroom had a Dyson Purifier Humidify but the other one didn't. The ski room heated hangers were not working so we need to take our boots in the apartment to keep it warm. The code for the main entrance stopped working after 4-5 days.

Pros: Adequate cooking utensils and the property was in a good location, just out of town but within walking distance. The bedrooms were clean and large with a very comfortable bed.

Cons: The only slight negative which I guess can’t be helped for 7 of us maybe one more toilet, there was nothing I disliked about the property

Fabulous apartment, perfect location

Pros: It was perfect, plenty of space, real cosy feel, very modern and just what we had hoped for.

Cons: Lack of a fire

Pros: This apartment was the best holiday apartment I’ve ever stayed in. I’d happily live in it. I wanted to steal the rug in the bedroom 🤣 perfect location, had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

Cons: The only thing it needed was a dryer!

Great apartment from end

Pros: Excellent facilities, well equiped kitchen. Very clean. Loved our stay.

Cons: While the apartment itself was great a problem appeared after our departure. We followed the instructions of the property and my daughter retuned the apartment keys to the letterbox in the lobby. While we were driving to our next destination we received a text asking the whereabouts of the keys. ‘In the letterbox’ we replied. The reply from staff was a video of the letterbox being opened to no keys. We asked if any other staff had access to the box? No we were told. We were asked to check our bags. We were then told our 500 euro deposit would be retained. We are from NZ. In our currency that is almost $1000. My daughter who put the keys in the box suffered anxiety as a result. We were very stressed and it hung over us all day. What could we do? We had done all we had been told to do. Very late at night we received another message. ‘Keys found’. Another staff member who clearly had access to the box had removed them. We were very relieved. Because of this we will now video every key return we make in Europe. If you stay here in this wonderful apartment just ensure you record your key drop off!

comfortable, clean, convenient stay, perfect for family.

Pros: location. clealiness. apartment is in very good condition. dish washer tablet and laundry tablets were provided, which was super useful when traveling as a family. a new set of washing sponge and dish clothes were provided upon check-in, which is very thoughtful. each guest was provided 2 clean towels during the stay, which is generous and much appreciated. these are the small touches that made a difference compare to staying in other self-service apartments.

Pros: Perfect location, clean and nice, comfortable beds, smart TV including a speaker for music.

Cons: We could’ve had some extra chips to the front door, it was perfect with the key box, but would’ve been even better with a good solution for the chip to the main door.

The best holiday with my grown up family ever!

Pros: Absolutely everything!!!! Well stocked for the 5 of us, perfect location, couldn’t fault it at all.

Cons: Nothing!!!!

Superb apartment in a great location..!!

Pros: Apartment was modern with everything we needed in a superb location, very close to shops and restaurants/bars.

Cons: Boot warmers in the locker room were not working and boot cupboard was difficult to unlock.
