Studio a l’aiguille du Midi

Lovely cosy apartment in a great spot

Pros: Location near the bus stop was great, apartment was really well equiped for cooking etc.

Cons: Smell from bathroom drain might need to be looked at, but a minor issue

Ideal central location with balcony looking onto the mountains.

Pros: The property was centrally located and close to all amenities in Chamonix. It was a good size for the two of us. We liked the balcony looking onto the mountains.

Cons: Although directions to property was good. Access was problematic. I will text the concierge company direct to offer some suggestions to make it easier for incoming guests. A small couch may afford a bit more comfort but the property had everything needed.

Great views and great location

Pros: Excellent location right by the Aguille du Midi gondola. The view from the balcony is exceptional. Comfy bed, close to all the restaurants and shops. Super cosy little studio

Pros: Perfect location for snow in the heart of chamonix village. It has all the amenities you need and the host was fantastic at communicating when we were there. Alot of thought and effort has been put into the decor and renovation. Was so nice to have our own cooking facilities and a washing machine too!

Excellent place to stay in Chamonix

Pros: This is a compact studio unit with a double bed. It's located on the 3rd floor and there's an elevator. The building is located right opposite the Aiguille Du Midi station and about 5-10 mins walk to the heart of Chamonix. The unit is well equipped and has just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was medium firm and suited me. The wifi was also reasonably fast. At night it was quiet and peaceful. I also liked that it had a balcony with views towards Mont Blanc and Aiguille Du Midi. You collect the keys from a security box outside the building and the manager will send you the code before you check in. I enjoyed my stay here.

Cons: Unlike most places where the wi-fi id and password are printed or displayed somewhere, here you need to click the 'i' button on the router box in order to get the info. There was also no shampoo or bath gel provided in the shower; there was a bottle of hand wash by the sink though. They should also put a tray in the shower cubicle so that there is a place to put your soap/shampoo etc. But overall these are small niggles for me.

Pros: La posizione, esattamente al centro di chamonix di fronte all’impianto di risalita per il monte bianco. Maison bellissima, proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile. Ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste. Check out alle 10 ma per noi l’ha posticipato alle 11!! Questo ci ha permesso di goderci tutta la mattinata perché sapeva del nostro rientro a Ginevra alle ore 13. Consiglio al 100%

Un balcon sous le Mont-Blanc...

Pros: La chose à signaler avant tout sur cette location est l'exceptionnelle localisation de son balcon sous la splendeur du Mont-Blanc, faisant des apéritifs et repas sur la terrasse un enchantement... Rien que pour cela ce logement est à envisager... Le studio est d'une taille raisonnable mais il est clair qu'on ne peut pas s'y isoler (le lit notamment n'est pas dans une pièce séparée). L'aménagement est tout à fait correct (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, plaques de cuisson vitrocéramiques...).

Cons: Quelques détails mériteraient d'être complétés, notamment pour l'équipement de cuisine qui est un peu sommaire, notamment côté électroménager (sauf erreur, une machine à café était prévue, mais nous n'avons eu qu'une cafetière à pression). Rajouter une théière... Et puis, pour un séjour court, cela serait sympathique de mettre à disposition quelques tablettes de lave-vaisselle et des produits de toilette...
