Pros: We loved everything. It’s clean and very comfortable. The Swimming pool and Sauna is plus points. Ala also is very kind and helpful they let us check in earlier and that’s help us a lot. We will comeback and book again.

Central location

Pros: The apartment is in a central location. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. It has two bathrooms, one ensuite. A bus stop, giving access to all the Chamonix ski areas, is close by.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable for our stay.

Pros: The location was very good. The apartment worked very well for our short stay in Chamonix.

Cons: The property was very good in many respects. However the bed linen needs freshening up. Although it was clean it still felt like you were sleeping in someone else’s sheets. And the sofa bed was tired looking. The seat cushions kept sliding off so not especially comfortable to sit on.

Overall a very good apartment in a perfect location

Pros: This first floor two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is ideally located to central Chamonix, ski rental, train station and bus stops (all within a few minutes walk). Reasonably well facilitated with good space for a family of four. It does have access to the pool and spa area, although these are in a different building. The personal touch of adding a Christmas tree and bottle of sparkling wine were very much appreciated. This really is an excellent apartment in the perfect location for everything. We loved being here for an amazingly white and wintery Christmas.

Cons: Note that this is an AirBnb privately rented apartment and not part of the Pierre Vacances inventory, which is who we stayed with last year. Unlike those, this apartment only has a single toilet despite having two bath/shower rooms (it wasn’t clear in the description). Cleanliness on arrival was ok, however one of the spare pillows was heavily stained, and none of the spares had pillow cases. We raised this with the management and they promptly provided pillow cases. Also, the main double mattress was stained which we noticed when we stripped the bed at the end. A few minor things should be added to the kitchenette: another baking tray, corkscrew and can opener.

Great experience - would use again.

Pros: Good communication from owners. Property was clean, everything provided that we would expect. In a great location. We had the swimming pool to ourselves on the day that we chose to use it.

Cons: Can’t think of any negatives.

Cosy and nice apartment in the heart of Chamonix

Pros: Very nice, cosy and clean apartment in the heart of Chamonix- opposite the station, very close to ski bus stops, local shops and restaurants. The apartment was peffect for our family of 4. It has a fully equiped kitchen (convenient if you like to cook your own meals), comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, allocated parking space. Our car is high and we had to take off a roof box before parking and then put it back on - but it was not a problem for us cos we didn't have to drive anywhere- local transport and apartment location is perfect. The swimming pool was nice and clean and you can book sauna or hammam for free as well. The host was very nice, helpful and a communication was super easy.

Cosy authentic apartment with sauna and pool in the centre of Chamoni

Pros: Location is just in the centre, everything is close, nice kitchen with all you need, a lot of local food shops and restaurants around. Swimming pool, fitness, sauna and turkish bath in the complex.

Cons: Slopes are reachable only by bus, and buses are so rare and always full...not so easy to ski..but it is not about the apartment.. Apartment is not spacious and has only one toilet(2 bedroom) But it is really cosy
